In 1996, inspired by the prophecy of transformation at the end of the Mayan calendar,
a group of friends united to form Koinonea, fellowship of spirits.
Together, the Koinonea family manifested a sacred dance gathering: 2012.
Sixteen years and countless magical gatherings later our journey of TranscenDance continues.

With all our heart, the Koinonea family invites you to co-create and join us in
dance, celebration and welcoming of The Next Beginning on December 21, 2012.

Since our first 2012, Koinonea gatherings have welcomed community co-creation.
If you would like to share your art, food, blessings or offerings, please email Koinonea
and we will be in touch with you. There will be a community altar and
you are welcomed to bring something to share for the evening.

The event is free but donations are accepted via PayPal.
